In 2009, CDS Group, Inc. set out to expand its services from Construction Administration and Project Management to include Architectural and Interior Design while directing its efforts toward public sector projects. With a 25-year history of working together, CDS Group, Inc. and Alliance Architects, Inc. joined to form the joint venture – CdSA. Building on the experience of both firms, CdSA Joint Venture brings together the knowledge and experience necessary to provide our clients with quality services from project inception to completion.

The selection of a Team Member will be one of the most important decisions you will make on a project. CdSA believes that as your advocate, we should become a facilitator in assisting you to realize your vision for the project, and not imposing ours on you. Problem solving is the basis of what we feel a Team Member should embrace. The final result of your design should mirror the specific set of circumstances that exist for your project.
