In 2009, CDS Group, Inc. set out to expand its services from Construction Administration and Project Management to include Architectural and Interior Design while directing its efforts toward public sector projects. With a 25-year history of working together, CDS Group, Inc. and Alliance Architects, Inc. joined to form the joint venture – CdSA. Building on the experience of both firms, CdSA Joint Venture brings together the knowledge and experience necessary to provide our clients with quality services from project inception to completion.

A Texas Hub and NCTRCA Certified MBE, CdSA Joint Venture believes in providing our Clients with Design and Construction Services that are truly committed to their interest with quality, responsive and dedicated service. Our Team Members have accumulated extensive experience in a variety of projects over the past 27 years. We believe that TEAMWORK is the cornerstone of any project and has been our approach to providing our project services. Working with team members to solve any issues in a timely and positive manor, while maintaining flexibility, has continually proven to provide the most successful projects.

The selection of a Team Member will be one of the most important decisions you will make on a project. CdSA believes that as your advocate, we should become a facilitator in assisting you to realize your vision for the project, and not imposing ours on you. Problem solving is the basis of what we feel a Team Member should embrace.
